Review: Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover

Ugly Love by Colleen HooverWhen Tate Collins meets airline pilot Miles Archer, she knows it isn’t love at first sight. They wouldn’t even go so far as to consider themselves friends. The only thing Tate and Miles have in common is an undeniable mutual attraction. Once their desires are out in the open, they realize they have the perfect set-up. He doesn’t want love, she doesn’t have time for love, so that just leaves the sex. Their arrangement could be surprisingly seamless, as long as Tate can stick to the only two rules Miles has for her.Never ask about the past.Don’t expect a future. They think they can handle it, but realize almost immediately they can’t handle it at all.Hearts get infiltrated.Promises get broken.Rules get shattered.Love gets ugly.Ugly Love made me feel things no other book has ever made me feel. It was heartbreaking and funny and romantic and every good thing you would ever want in a book. I connected so much with the characters. Miles was so easy to fall in love with regardless of how closed off and guarded he was. I absolutely loved getting to see the real him as the story went on. Every time Tate and Miles were together I couldn’t keep the grin off my face. I loved them together, I felt like they balanced each other out and they were everything the other needed without ever realizing it. They made each other better and I loved getting to read this story so much."Miles smilesFor no one elseMiles only smilesFor me”As I read the book, I kept wondering what was Miles story. The more I read about his past, the more intrigues I was and the more I kept trying to figure out what could ever happen to someone to make them feel the way he felt towards love. Yet, when my questions were answered, it was so much more than I could have ever imagined. I empathized with him and I understood where he was coming from to a point where I hurt for him. I always wonder how a cover related to the book I’m reading and when I figured out why the cover for Ugly Love was what it was, I could only think of one word: genius. This author was a genius and I absolutely love all her works."If I were capable of loving someone, it would be you."This book was an amazing read and one I see myself re-reading over and over again. Everything I expected from this book was nothing compared to what I got. This was an amazing read and I seriously cannot wait for whatever else Colleen Hoover has in stores for the future. I know I’ll love it, too."Miles, you’re looking at me like you fell in love with me.""I didn’t fall in love with you, Tate. I flew”I officially consider myself a member of the Miles High Club, and what a wonderful club it is.Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)

Ugly Love made me feel things no other book has ever made me feel. It was heartbreaking and funny and romantic and every good thing you would ever want in a book. I connected so much with the characters. Miles was so easy to fall in love with regardless of how closed off and guarded he was. I absolutely loved getting to see the real him as the story went on. Every time Tate and Miles were together I couldn't keep the grin off my face. I loved them together, I felt like they balanced each other out and they were everything the other needed without ever realizing it. They made each other better and I loved getting to read this story so much.

As I read the book, I kept wondering what was Miles story. This author was a genius and I absolutely love all her works.
This book was an amazing read and one I see myself rereading over and over again. Everything I expected from this book was nothing compared to what I got. This was an amazing read and I seriously cannot wait for whatever else Colleen Hoover has in stores for the future. I know I’ll love it, too.

I officially consider myself a member of the #MilesHighClub, & what a wonderful club it is.
