*Note: This is book #1 in the Off-Campus series.

She’s about to make a deal with the college bad boy...
Hannah Wells has finally found someone who turns her on. But while she might be confident in every other area of her life, she’s carting around a full set of baggage when it comes to sex and seduction. If she wants to get her crush’s attention, she’ll have to step out of her comfort zone and make him take notice... even if it means tutoring the annoying, childish, cocky captain of the hockey team in exchange for a pretend date.
...and it’s going to be oh so good.
All Garrett Graham has ever wanted is to play professional hockey after graduation, but his plummeting GPA is threatening everything he’s worked so hard for. If helping a sarcastic brunette make another guy jealous will help him secure his position on the team, he’s all for it. But when one unexpected kiss leads to the wildest sex of both their lives, it doesn't take long for Garrett to realize that pretend isn't going to cut it. Now he just has to convince Hannah that the man she wants looks a lot like him.

My Review:
What can I say except for the fact that I absolutely loved this book? With the way people were talking about it- I assumed Garrett was like any other athlete in college. Frat boy, player, cocky, bit of an a-hole. Wrong. Garrett was pretty dorky and adorable. He was confident but it didn't get to a point where it was cocky and made me want to punch him. If I'm being honest, I couldn't wipe the grin off my face while reading this entire book. The characters were so funny that I often wished they were real. Hannah has had some terrible things happen to her but she is determined to not let her past control how she loves her life. She was sassy and strong and sarcastic. She was also super funny and sweet and she gave awesome advice.

Garrett and Hannah both have something that the other can benefit from. Hannah is super smart. I mean, she got an A without even trying. In ethics. Gotta be smart for that. Garrett is popular and kind of impossible to dislike. So here is the Deal: Garrett will help Hannah get the attention of the boy she is lusting over as long as she agrees to help him pass his midterm retake. Simple enough, right?
I loved seeing them go from constantly annoying each other to slowly becoming friends. They began to trust each other with things not even their other closest friends knew. It was amazing to see the progress. I loved how Garrett spoke of her- I thought it was so sweet and beautiful.

"Hannah throws her head back happily, her cheeks flushed and eyes shining as she sings, and she's so beautiful it makes my chest hurt"
- Garrett Graham

I felt like they were what the other needed although it took them long enough to admit it. Garrett had no problem letting his feelings be known and I found that refreshing. He could be a huge joker one moment but he also knew when to remain serious. He was much more mature than I thought his character would be. He's awesome, okay. I loved how he always supported her and her singing. Another thing that I absolutely loved about their friendship/relationship was their show marathons. I loved it. I found it so cute how watching an episode without the other was equivalent to commuting a crime because come on- that's just cute.

"You are not, under any circumstances, allowed to watch Breaking Bad without me."

I devoured this book within five hours and I loved every single page. Even when it ended- I was hoping more. I'm so, so glad that I gave in and finally read it.
