Synopsis
The one guy she can’t have is the one she can’t forget.

Liam Quinn is one of the biggest movie stars in the world…and the only man Elissa Holt has ever truly loved.

After being out of her life for six years, he and his gorgeous fiancé are set to star in the new Broadway show Elissa is stage managing. The only trouble is, when late night rehearsals bring Elissa and Liam together, the line between what is and what could have been gets blurred. Now one moment of weakness is about to create a scandal that will echo around the world.

Elissa knows that falling for Liam again would be a tragedy in the making, but as any good romantic knows, love doesn’t always follow the script.

My Review
Wicked Heart was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I can't even begin to list all the different emotions I felt while reading this book. Elissa and Liam were absolutely amazing together and there was so much angst- I kind of missed that in books. Wicked Heart brought back so many memories and feelings I haven't felt in such a long time- so many good memories wrapped in heartbreak and buried to make it easier to deal with. It was definitely hard to swallow sometimes and I needed a couple of breaks. Especially while reading parts of Liam's history...after all, it's kind of hard to read clearly when Leisa Rayven insists on making you cry. However, Elissa and Liam's book taught me just as much and I found so many quotes within the pages of this book that described everything so clearly yet simply- it was amazing. I am actually in awe of this author and this series.

I don't know who I previously crowned as the queen of angst but ladies and gentlemen- Leisa Rayven has taken the crown and super-glued it onto her head. That sucker is there to stay. Not to mention no character has ever understood the way I felt about exercise more than Elissa. And now, for my favorite quote:

"Oh sweetie. No one ever gets through their TBR list.
For every book you finish, you'll add five more."
